What this list is not (yet)

Many excellent Langley dinner spots open at noon or later—for example Prima Bistro and Saltwater Fish House & Oyster Bar—so they are better fits for lunch or dinner roundups than for a classic brunch window. Spyhop Public House lists kitchen hours starting at 4 p.m. Tuesday–Friday and noon Saturday (spyhoppub.com), which is outside typical brunch timing.
